Nestled in a lovely setting among a golf course, gentle hills and the sea, this small village comprises 10 housing units. The country houses (143 to 159 square meters plus terraces and garden) overlook a farmyard planted with olive trees and cypresses. Each house has its own private garden area with a pergola and two parking spaces. The shared area entails gardens and a 20-meters-long pool. The site enjoys a particularly mild microclimate that allows to perform outdoor activities throughout the year. The homes are certified Energy Class A and built to offer the highest level of comfort and minimize the operating costs: underfloor heating, terracotta floors, Villeroy & Boch toiletries, TV sets and centralized data, high speed internet connection. Property management services are available upon request. Each house's entrance is accessible by crossing a small garden and the living area overlooks the private garden planted with native species. The houses are over two levels with kitchen, large living area and studio on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The interior layout was designed with great care in such a way as to make it livable throughout the year and to provide plenty of room for guests along with maximum privacy.
