This stunning property, already known in Roman times, reappeared in the chronicles of the 15th century, during the Renaissance period, becoming a princely or holiday residence of noble families who lived there over time.
The real value of the property is the Villa, which preserves the monumentality of the town house, accompanied by large gardens, a long and picturesque tree-lined avenue and a park, which increases its intimacy.
On the sides of the north-west facade rise two towers. A private chapel dedicated to the Madonna del Pianto stand at the base of the first one preserving its entirety.
The main facade is characterized by a double loggia resting on sturdy square columns which divide the space symmetrically.
The villa features arched windows, each with a terracotta frame and retractable shutters repeated also on the tower surmounted by battlements.
Inside a large hall, a balcony with a wrought iron balustrade embellished in the ceiling with drawings depicting hunting scenes, recalls the gala evenings organized by noble owners for their guests.
The interiors of this one of a kind historic mansion (2,300 square meters) are surrounded by a lush park of 3 hectares.
The indoor spaces open up into large and modular rooms distributed over several levels, suitable for creating a fabulous hotel structure, a prestigious university or the exclusive headquarters of a company that needs suggestive showrooms.
