The villa overlooks one of the most pristine places of the south-west coast of Sicily, between the nature reserve of the river Platani, Torre Salsa, the geological site Chiodo D'Oro and enjoys a spectacular 180 ° view of the countryside and the sea in the distance.
The villa is spread over three floors: the living area with lounge, fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea, in front there is the dining room, with French doors overlooking the pool and look towards the coast and two double bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom with shower, the other has a sea view and a private bathroom next door. On this same floor there is also the kitchen, in a slightly elevated position.
In the basement there are two more bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with an external bathroom. The rooms of this floor are provided with a window in the ceiling to illuminate and air. On this floor there is also a living area, a fitness room and a laundry area.
On the second floor there is a Suite, accessible only externally through an external staircase, composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.
The rooms on the ground floor and the Suite have air conditioning.
The wonderful outdoor space around the pool allows you to enjoy the Sicilian life in the open air, from which you can admire the fantastic surrounding landscape, from the countryside to the sea. We find the outdoor dining area and a relaxation area in the shade of the veranda.
