The main farmhouse of about 700 sqm on four floors was restored in 2016 and offers comfortable outdoor spaces thanks to its terrace, balconies and the very large porch.
On the ground floor of the main house there are two apartments, one is a large studio apartment and the other has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an open space kitchen/diner and living room. Both have access to the terrace and the portico.
On the first floor there are two other apartments with generous living and sleeping spaces. The first apartment consists of a living room / kitchen with a wonderful window overlooking the valley, three bedrooms, two of which with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom. The second apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, utility room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom and balcony.
The second floor of the farmhouse hosts a further apartment with living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a balcony.
In the basement there is a large area equipped with a bathroom, a warehouse and car park.
Adjacent to the main house we find a 120 sqm cottage on three floors. On the lower ground floor there is the changing room area with four bathrooms serving the swimming pool while on the ground floor we find the living room kitchen with access to the large porch area, on the upper floor via the internal staircase there is a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom.
On the other side of the garden there is another cottage consisting of a studio flat of about 45 sqm with a wonderful porch for about 60 square meters with outdoor oven and barbecue areas.
This is an excellent example of reconstruction with high quality, natural materials throughout. The buildings are complemented by a well tended garden and a large swimming pool with a detached, safe area for children.
