- 7 Ha of truffle forest, where both the prized white truffle and the prized black and scorzone truffle are harvested, of which 3 hectares has been decreed as Private Reserved Truffle Grounds by the Marche Region.
- 2.5 ha. of fields cultivated in the last 7 years with organic alfalfa seed.

From June to the end of August the summer truffle and scorzone are harvested. In the months of October, November and December the white truffle is harvested, and from January the prized black and Bianchetto truffles follow.
The land can be managed directly or easily handed over to a third party.
