18th century historic building with farmhouse featuring a Lombard style courtyard, along Viale Resistenza lined with black poplar trees. Its oldest trees are listed as monumental trees; there is also an ancient poplar inside the property.
The building is located just an hour from the city Milan, in a border area between the Po valley and the Oltrepò hills. The background colors are the red of the clay bricks of the houses and the yellow of the straw-bales in the fields.
The private grounds of over 5,000 sqm frame the villa, always well-kept and enriched by secular trees and wisteria covered pergolas.
The main house is on two floors plus an attic floor and a basement featuring vaulted cellars.
The living area opens out through large windows onto the garden and consists of two large living rooms and the eat-in kitchen.
On the first floor one can find four bedrooms and the bathroom. On the top attic floor one can access the turret.
The pergola connecting the main villa with the outbuilding could be closed off with glass windows.
